Registration Details:
This Secondary Transition training will concentrate on Student Focused Planning, particularly the use of Age Appropriate Transition Assessments to make decisions about goals and transition services. Special education directors, building administrators, intervention specialists, and general education teachers will be provided with several resources to help gather students' preferences, interests, strengths, and needs to develop effective Secondary Transition Plans.
