This Student Focused
Planning professional learning session will support the use of Age Appropriate
Transition Assessments to make decisions about goals and transition
services. Special Education
Directors, Building Administrators, Intervention Specialists, and General
Education Teachers will be provided with several resources to help gather
student's preferences, interests, strengths, and needs to develop effective
Secondary Transition Plans.
