Your advisory team will review district data, the transition taxonomy, ODE/OEC resources, identify areas of need and create an action plan. Additional coaching will be provided by your SST Secondary Transition Consultant throughout the 2023-2024 school year. District Team of 4+ members are eligible to sign up. The district will receive a $500 stipend for attending. This opportunity is limited to 6 teams. Each team member must register.
