 O.I.P. 101: This professional development will consist of an O.I.P. overview, effective functionality of Teacher-Based Teams, barriers to effective teams, the 5-step process, technical assistance with the Decision Framework, developing exemplary SMART goals, ways to monitor goal progress, and providing resources to help with O.I.P. tasks and processes.

The morning session will focus on the Teacher-Based Teams, and the afternoon will focus on the Decision Framework and developing and monitoring SMART goals.

** You may come to just the AM or PM session or stay for both. **
