This network will facilitate dialogue and deepen discussion related to literacy as it pertains to state updates, research, and the exchange of information specific to the needs and interests of the region. We will continue the discussion with Carolyn Turner around the Ohio's Plan to Raise Literacy Achievement and Shanahan's Literacy Improvement Pathway.
