Registration Details:
It takes a village to prepare our students with disabilities. The purpose of this network is to discuss ways various entities can work together to improve outcomes for students as they transition from school into adulthood. This time will be spent discussing needs of professional learning in districts, collaborating around what has worked in areas of the region. We will also provide updates from the Ohio Department of Education and Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities. Participants will investigate evidence-based practices in the area of secondary transition.
