Description:
This is the first in a three-part series. The first session will consist of two parts: an AM session focusing on Teacher-Based Teams and their functionality, barriers to the work, and using the 5-step process; the PM session will provide technical assistance to those completing the Decision Framework and creating SMART goals. 
You can come for just the AM or PM session or for both - whichever fits your needs.
