Description:
This event is being offered to assist Superintendents and Special Education Directors gain a deeper
understanding of the Special Education Profile and the Special Education Rankings which will now be
reflected on each district’s report card. SST staff will present relevant historical information about the
Special Education Profile, a detailed explanation of the Indicators included within each district’s
profile, and the most up-to-date information released by ODE regarding the future use of district
Special Education rankings. District leaders will also have time to identify next steps for addressing
and focusing on special education within their continuous improvement process.
