Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (KRA) - Hybrid Training

Description:

This required training is for NEW Kindergarten teachers who have never been trained on the KRA but will be administering during the 2016-2017 school year. This training consists of a 1-day in-person training followed by approximately 10 hours of online work. The building administrator or Data Manager must enter training participants into the KReady system in advance. Participants must bring a Wi-Fi enabled laptop or other device with access to Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox to the training. Participants are also encouraged to bring their KRA assessment kits.

Participants will register for the above event through STARS.  The link to STARS is https://safe.ode.state.oh.us/portal/. Upon registering, staff need to verify that their email address, role assignment, and contact information are entered correctly in their SAFE Account. Staff without a SAFE Account, will need to go into the above link and set up an account.  All participants must be registered for the scheduled event in order to receive login information needed to gain access to materials required for assessment administration.
