**This session is for those educators that have completed the 2-day session of School-Wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports.**
This is a repeat of the 12/7/16 Effective Classroom Practices Session.
Participants will increase understanding of PBIS in order to:
Clarify expectations and procedures for the classroom;
Teach and encourage appropriate classroom behavior and discourage inappropriate behavior;
Establish an effective classroom learning environment through implementation of positive and proactive behavioral instructional strategies including actively supervising students and providing them various opportunities to respond in class.
