Description:
This session will review the roles and purpose of Building Leadership Teams and District Leadership Teams. This is a follow-up to the Teacher-Based Teams session this pass fall. Effective team structures, collaboration, and communication will be discussed. There will be interactive activities for teams to participate in, and teams will reflect on their successes and barriers when working through the OIP process. Sample videos will be viewed and discussed, and several resources will be available for attendees in an effort to improve the functionality of their building and district teams.
