Registration Details:
SST-12 is pleased to offer a 2-day event on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 and Wednesday, March 20, 2019 to help teams of district and building special education leaders develop a feasible and sustainable plan for ETR and IEP record monitoring across their system. The Ohio Department of Education expects that special education documents meet state and federal requirements. Become proficient in evaluating special education records against ODE compliance criteria. Familiarize your team with resource documents to use going forward as a team. Structure a process for internal capacity of IEP compliance. Attendance on both days is required for participation.
We strongly encourage participants to come as a TEAM of individuals who can work together across the building and district level to develop a feasible and sustainable approach to internal monitoring. This may include a district special education administrator, building principal(s), lead intervention specialists, and related providers from each building.
